These aren’t your typical supermarket cookies. Made in small batches, with proper ingredients. The cookie dough is meticulously prepared using our signature browned butter and white miso base. High quality whole hazelnuts are roasted once to remove the skins, then toasted a second time to release a rich nutty flavour. We use plenty of 70% dark chocolate and finish with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt while they’re still hot.
